PRSI & Medical Card Optical Benefit
    Many PAYE employees (and since 2017, self employed people) are entitled to a free eye test AND glasses every two years via their PRSI contributions. We can check your eligibility and contact you to arrange your appointment once approved. Simply fill out the form below and we'll do the rest. 
    If you are a Medical card holder you need to fill out one of the forms which we have in store. We'll send the form off on your behalf and when approved you will be entitled to a free eye exam and free glasses (or discount on the frame of your choice).
